Deleting an account and its data
Send a request by email — we will disable access and delete the account together with the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in to the app for this.
What to put in the message
- Your full name as it is entered in the app
- The organisation — driving school, examination centre or driving range
- A contact for the reply: email or phone
- What to delete: the account with all associated data, or access only
If your mail client does not open, send the message manually to privacy@autoexam.app — the address can be copied.
What happens after the request
We confirm that the request comes from the account holder, then disable access: the app on the device stops working. The account and the personal data associated with it are deleted, and we report the outcome to the contact you gave.
Timing
A reply is sent within 30 calendar days of receipt; within the same period from confirmation, the account and its associated data are deleted. Requests are handled by a member of ТОО «AUTOEXAM» staff — nothing is deleted automatically on the strength of an email.
What is not deleted immediately
Materials from examinations already conducted belong to the organisation that conducted them and may be retained by law or under its own rules. Such data is deleted once the retention period expires — we state the period in the reply. The scope of the data is described in the privacy policy.
If it is urgent
If a device is lost or stolen, do not wait for an email to be processed — tell the dispatch operator at your organisation: access is revoked immediately.
